Objectives:
We are currently seeking Accountants in our Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL offices to serve the accounting needs of the client including but not limited to: financial statements, bank reconciliation, payroll integration and accounts payable. Serves as the brand ambassador of Quatrro and help initiate, maintain and develop the relationship as the primary contact and internal liaison for the client within Quatrro. Sets a clear vision for the development of the relationship by establishing and executing a client relationship strategy that allows the client to achieve their financial goals and objectives.


Essential functions and responsibilities:

  1. Serves as primary contact for the client.  Delivers scheduled financial statements, providing coaching and counseling to business owners and operations managers in order to help improve margins and impact their bottom line.  Discuss monthly financial statements, plans, and schedules as applicable with key personnel.
  2. Builds and maintains relationships by speaking with clients and key stake holders and providing them world-class customer service.
  3. Identifies, engages, and delivers the right resources and solutions for all Quatrro services provided to the client.
  4. Works closely with clients to solve issues related to complicated financial statement situations.  Monitors finances to aid clients functioning within those guidelines, and provides financial analysis and advice to clients.
  5. Provides best practices by leveraging different functions within Quatrro to help the client improve their business execution. Coordinates as needed with other internal Quatrro teams for consultative support on all services such as: financial statements, bank reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable.
  6. Leverages the established relationship with the client to obtain all necessary documentation in a timely manner in order to meet the contractual delivery timeline for all services.
  7. Execute negotiated contract terms and scope to ensure financial profitability for existing client(s) portfolio.
  8. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the cross-functional teams aligned to a particular client delivery processes.
  9. Maintains a reference-able client by delivering exceptional service according to guidelines outlined in the contract. 
  10. Deals with client concerns and issues to ensure they are attended to in a timely manner and dealt with according to client satisfaction.  Escalates any issues as needed to management team quickly to ensure client satisfaction.
  11. Completes a monthly performance scorecard and meets with management each month to review the scorecard outlining any follow-up actions with timelines for areas requiring attention.
  12. Utilize all appropriate technology for communicating, documenting and following up with both internal and external relationships to accomplish all aspects of the job.
  13. Identifies SARG (Same Account Revenue Growth) opportunities for each client as well as the strategic approach and detailed plan for selling these services.
  14. Alerts management to any client changes that will positively or negatively impact revenue (i.e., new store additions, new client venture, client selling, store closing, etc).
  15. Build and maintain relationships by gaining insights into the client business to become a trusted advisor which lays the groundwork to sell additional Quatrro products and services to the client.

Qualification, Knowledge and skills:

Required: An understanding of business process outsourcing (BPO), consultative selling and experience selling a service versus product. Must be able to present and communicate in a professional manner and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills. At least 2-4 years of outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success in large revenue targets ($1 million). Must be well organized and have excellent time management skills. Strong customer orientation with focus on relationship building, needs analysis, and solution development. Must have previous cold-calling and networking experience. Experience in developing and executing territory sales plan. Knowledge of basic finance and accounting processes. Must have high degree of persuasiveness and initiative; ambition and results oriented; and strong skills in planning and delivery, analysis and problem solving, adaptability, and building and maintaining relationships. Must be self motivated and have the ability to work independently to meet or exceed goals. Must demonstrate a good driving record and have dependable transportation.

Preferred: Experience selling BPO or accounting services. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, sales or equivalent experience.

Objectives:

We are looking for an aggressive candidate with at least 2-4 years of outside business-to-business sales experience to fill our role. This position will be responsible for successful consultative selling of finance and accounting services to C-level executives. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate a solid knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) services specifically within the accounting/finance/payroll solutions market. Articulate company  value proposition to clients and prospects using a consultative sales approach; have the ability to complete the sales cycle from start to finish with minimal support to the C-Suite level of an organization. 
  2. Execute lead generation and cold-calling prospect activities to establish relationships. Follow-up from past appointments with decision makers to drive the sales cycle through phone or face-to-face presentations.
  3. Create/Develop innovative networking skills to proactively drive pipeline development at the decision maker level.
  4. Attend trade shows, local events and conferences, both educational and customer-oriented, and maintain strong knowledge of accounting/finance/payroll and technology.
  5. Based on prospecting and networking activities, it is expected that multiple meetings will be set each week with the C-Suite executive decision makers. These meetings should be proactively scheduled in advance to support sales pipeline.
  6. Coordinate and lead needs analysis and scoping initiatives with the customer.
  7. Leverage support organization as needed to create value-based solution offering (value based pricing and scope).
  8. Own and present formal proposals and lead negotiations with the prospect. Coordinate complex decision-making/lead negotiations processes, and overcome objections to closure.
  9. Be responsive to customer needs and follow through on all aspects of customer requests, both written and verbal in a timely manner.
  10. Complete accurate territory plans and update sales activities in SalesForce.com and provide this information in a timely and consistent manner.
  11. Meet or exceed individual new business sales goals.
