Position: Assistant Manager - Operations
Location: Gurugram, India

Purpose of the Job:

Troubleshooting & management of Office 365 & MS Azure (IaaS & PaaS), Managed IT Services practices (Patching, Backup, Security & compliance, Inventory management, etc.), and server operating systems like windows server 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019, etc.

Key Requirements:

  1. Must have 8 years of working experience in the IT Industry
  2. Must have at least 5 years of experience working in Managed IT Services environment
  3. Certifications like MCSA/MCITP/CCNA/Azure & Office365 will be preferred
  4. ITIL V3 or V4 certification is a must
  5. Excellent knowledge about IT Infrastructure services & their components like (Workstations, Servers, Networks, Cloud (IaaS & PaaS) & Security, etc.)
  6. Configuration & Working knowledge of MS Exchange 2010,2013,2016 & online.
  7. Hands-on experience with Wired and Wireless networking, PC and server virtualization software, virus protection, and backup systems.
  8. Good knowledge of networking concepts eg TCP/IP, IP Addressing, VLANs, Ping, Telnet, communications and virtualization technologies like VMware, HyperV, etc
  9. Experience in Anti-Virus implementations & Management for multiple customers
  10. Experience in Implementation & Proactive management of RMM platforms for multiple client scenarios (Kaseya, ConnectWise, Manage Engine, etc)
  11. Experience in Helpdesk implementations & multiple service desk platforms for productivity & SLA tracking (BMC, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc)
