Purpose of the Job:

Proficient in the Mandarin Language – responsible to reach out to various stakeholders for understanding the business requirements.

Key Requirements:

1. Expert in Finance & Accounting domain (Should have a good understanding of R2R, P2P & O2C).
2. Proficient in the Mandarin Language (Should have done some certification in the Mandarin language from a premier Institute).
3. Good communication and networking skills, ability to reach out to various stakeholders for understanding the business requirements.
4. Ability to connect with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver accordingly.
5. Good MS Office Knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint).
6. Dashboard preparation of monthly governance calls with clients.
7. Maintain VOC (Voice of Customer).
8. Comfortable with night shifts.
9. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
10. Ability to manage a team size of 5 to 6 team members.
