Purpose of the Job:

Servicing the accounting needs of the client including but not limited to: financial statements, bank reconciliations, payroll integration, accounts payable, and other Quatrro services. Serves as the brand ambassador of Quatrro and helps initiate, maintain and develop the relationship as the primary contact and internal liaison for the client within Quatrro. Sets a clear vision for the development of the relationship by establishing and executing a client relationship strategy that allows the client to achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Oversight:
  1. Provide 24*7*365 day support operational Support services as per ITIL practices to all business, Client operations of Quatrro.
  2. Implement effective IT infrastructure-related solutions to support existing and new business initiatives across all locations of Quatrro.
  3. Should have thorough understanding in Desktop Computing, Server Computing, Network Computing, Voice Infrastructure, Security infrastructure, Application Development best practices, Disruptive technologies like Big Data, Cloud Computing, Digitization, IOT, Mobility, WFH, BYOD, BI etc.
  4. Monitor day-to-day service operations (such as server, backup, incident, problem, change, capacity and business continuity and disaster recovery management.) for the entire infrastructure across Quatrro locations and oversee service delivery to internal and external customers as per business requirements and SLA’s.
  5. Should have a clear understanding of Data Center setup best practices, Data Center standards and Data center Management best practices.
  6. Provide assistance to the business solutions team to deliver new business initiatives.
  7. Ensure uptimes for all system in purview – Email/Messaging (Exchange), Directory Services, AV/EPO, DNS, Internet DNS, Anti-spam, Networks, Security, Voice Infrastructure etc. as per business defined SLA’s.
  8. To ensure the IT Data Center operations are on a very high standard and ensure 100% availability, reliability, and maintainability.
  9. Establish, implement, manage and administer efficient monitoring tools for IT infrastructure devices and Services.
  10. Should have admirable management control over Vendor Management, Procurement process, Negotiation skills for Product and Services and entire life cycle management of Assets and logistics.
  11. Should have a strong database and management experience of OEMs, Distributors, Partners, resellers, SI’s, Service providers and consultants.
  12. Collaborate and lead centralized procurement team to achieve savings in related IT Procurement.
  13. Deliver Financial Outcomes and cost control – Optimize Technology Costs through Effective Cost Management/Control.
  14. IT budget preparation and effective management of the same in coordination with CFO’s office.
  15. Establish and control asset management processes and ensure effective coverage of AMC’s for all IT related hardware devices and services.
  16. Track software license expiration for all areas of IT infrastructure.
  17. Design, recommend and escalate (If not implemented) all the necessary monitoring parameters.
  18. Publish monitoring reports on weekly / monthly and quarterly basis for business critical devices and services.
  19. Project Management abilities-Expertize in cross functional project management skills, coordinate implementation of various IT initiatives undertaken by the organization along with project teams and partners.
  20. Design, recommend and escalate (If not implemented) all the necessary monitoring parameters.
  21. Achieve Technology architecture that is scalable and suitable for various business strategy including High Availability features.
  22. Develop, support and maintain various BCP and DR related setups of the organization.
  23. Manage various Teams supporting IT infrastructure including outsourced team members.
  24. People management- learning and training, Career Planning, Attrition Management, Team Management, Healthy co-ordination among team members, Appropriate sizing of the team, productivity management skills is a must.
  25. Participate in various IT-related audits and compliance audits.
  26. Determine staffing requirements, interview and hire, train new employees and oversee smooth knowledge transfer.
  27. Project Management Expertise Cross-functional expertise in all IT domains.
  28. Identify improvement opportunities and fix to reduce TAT and cost, Business needs analysis for appropriate Technology Solutioning.
  29. A proven troubleshooter in the team, leading from front to the entire Support team in providing timely and effective problem Management.
  30. Effective trouble ticket handling and closure processes.
  31. Effective participation and decision-making abilities in IT Strategy, Infrastructure, Operations and Strong Quality focused, High on commitment and execution, Ability to successfully implement/drive Changes in Organizations, Internal and external Client Relationship Management.
  32. Innovative and ability to identify smart solutions.
  33. DR/BCP planning and execution for the organization. Proven record of DR BCP execution incl. periodic and as and when needed.

Technical Skills:
  • Should have 12 to 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure-related functions in leading IT Organizations – including a minimum of 3 years in the BFSI industry segment.
  • Should possess knowledge of IT security design and implementation of medium and large-sized organizations.
  • Must demonstrate a strong understanding of PCI, ISO 2700, SSAE16 standards, etc. and should have exposure in Audit and assessment processes.
  • Understanding of Network protocols and concepts such as TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, IPSec, MPLS, P2P, layer Switching, DNS, LDAP, NTP, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Proxy, VPN, SSL VPN, SPAM, AV patch updates, Application and IT Network Security.
  • Mandatory understanding of Windows Server and Linux and other Open source platforms.
  • Mandatory understanding of Network implementation and network-associated technologies.
