Position: Dispatch Specialist - Technical Operations

Purpose of the Job:

Keep track of all the tickets and assign them to the engineers available in the present shift

Key Requirements:

  1. Keep track of ongoing tickets & follow-ups
  2. Assign the follow-up to the engineers as per the roster
  3. Raise an alarm in the IM once a chat is received on our Chat tool
  4. Queue monitoring
  5. Raise an alarm in the IM if there are no available engineers to pick up the call
  6. Manages overall performance from QA
