Purpose of the Job:
Looking for 15+ years of experienced SAP B1 functional expert. Should have an end-to-end working knowledge of AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash and Bank, and integrations. Proven experience in managing transitions and round-the-clock production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production ERP platforms
- Project management for client transitions and migrations from the legacy ERP systems to SAP B1 and SAGE300
- Lead all discussions for SAP B1, and SAGE300 with internal stakeholders.
- Liaison with cross-functional business and IT teams, and act as an internal point of contact for projects and support issues.
- Develop best practices and point of view documents
- Manage work across US and India time zones
- Manage multiple environments, Dev, UAT, and PROD, and keep all of them in sync.
- Evaluate and coach on performance, develop & grow teams internally
- Vendor management
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Expert-level functional knowledge in SAP B1 using financial modules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to drive end-to-end thinking and solutions
- Ability to network and create positive relationships with internal stakeholders
- PMP certification is preferred
Technical Capabilities:
- Education Background: B.E IT, Bsc. IT, MCA
- Experience: 15+ years of experience
