Position: Solution Associate - SMB Helpdesk | 25 openings
Location: Gurugram

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Responsible to provide Frontline Helpdesk support to B2B clients.
  2. Supporting incoming requests via email, ticketing system & IM’s.
  3. Working Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Reader etc. with strong in documentation, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  4. Any Undergraduate/Graduate with a minimum of one year of experience in International BPO with previous experience in Helpdesk support would be preferred.
