Sr. Manager - Finance and Accounting
Purpose of the Job:
Preparation of monthly dashboard, audit, project management, transitioning new clients, MIS & log updation and efficiency improvement.
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years experienced CA/CPA.
- Experience in client management, transitioning new clients, MIS & log updation, and efficiency improvement.
- Experience in preparation of monthly dashboard, audit, and project m
- Expertise in bringing continuous process improvement for efficiency and better quality.
- Proficiency in updating process maps, process notes/ SOPs/SIPOC.
- Review monthly dashboard prepared for assigned clients and set up meetings with Senior Management.
- Good communication skills (written and oral), good computer skills, and comfortable working in rotational shifts.
