Position: Vendor Solutions Associate
Location: Gurugram

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Responsible to provide Technical Helpdesk support to B2B clients.
  2. Answering incoming support requests, inquiries via telephone, email, ticketing system & IM’s.
  3. Address Daily account management tasks (Account creation/Deletion, password resets etc.).
  4. Daily mailbox related tasks etc (Mailbox creation, mail forwarding, Queue management etc.).
  5. Using Network Monitoring System, identifying critical alerts and taking relevant actions to resolve the issues.
  6. Shall be working in a fast pace 24*7 environment.
  7. Excellent Knowledge of troubleshooting Operating systems like, Win XP / Vista / 7.
  8. Good knowledge of applications like MS Office, Adobe Reader, share point etc with basic Knowledge of TCP/IP remote Network Connectivity.
  9. Any Undergraduate/Graduate with 0-2 years of experience.
  10. Previous experience in IT infrastructure/Helpdesk support would be preferred.
