He also has 10+ years experience leading global teams at TTEC and TELUS International delivering omni-channel customer experience and RPA, globally. He has led transformational experiences with such clients as Dyson and Berkshire Hathaway, overseeing the launch of new Lines of Business in North America, Latin America, European Union, and Asia Pacific.
