Sue Braley is Chief Human Resources Officer at QBSS; her professional career spans over 30 years which includes all facets of Human Resources.
Sue has extensive Human Resources, operations, and management experience in diverse business environments, including for-profit, non-profit, consulting, and multi-unit business operations. Recently, Sue served as Vice President of Human Resources for Easterseals – Serving Chicagoland and Greater Rockford. During Sue’s 10-year tenure at Easterseals, she also served as Compliance, Risk Management, and Health and Safety Officers. Sue has owned her own consulting firm, as well as 2 fitness clubs.
For the past 16 years, Sue has been a Board of Director Member and Trustee of the Stahl Family Charitable Foundation, a non-profit family foundation which funds non-profit organizations that promote medical research for children and young adults who are suffering.
Sue is known as a creative strategic thinker. Her passion outside of engaging and mentoring individuals and organizations regarding their successful careers and organizational strategies, focusses on health and adventure. She is an avid power walker and Pilates Instructor; she loves gardening and traveling/exploring to new places.
