Purpose of the Job:

We seek a dynamic and highly skilled Power BI Technical Manager with a strong foundation in Data Science, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Cloud Data Platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable BI solutions while actively engaging with clients to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Required Experience: 15 to 18 years
2. Work Mode: Remote
3. Shift: 24×7 support with rotational week offs
4. Additional Requirement: Strong communication skills
5. Lead and manage end-to-end Power BI solution architecture, development, and delivery.
6. Translate complex business and financial requirements into actionable BI designs and analytical models.
7. Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
8. Architect and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and warehouse solutions using Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse), SQL Server, and Snowflake.
9. Implement advanced data science models and analytics using R/ R/Python when required.
10. Define KPIs, dashboards, and visualizations for various business functions (Finance, Sales, Operations).
11. Manage a team of Power BI developers, data engineers, and analysts, mentoring and ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead client-facing discussions to manage expectations and project scope.
13. Ensure performance tuning, data governance, and security best practices are followed in all BI solutions.
14. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate
15. Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Python, R, or Databricks is a plus.
16. Experience in Agile project management or Scrum leadership roles.
17. Exposure to finance systems like Oracle ERP, SAP, or Workday is an advantage.
