Purpose of the Job:

To handle all Data/BI responsibilities, including a major part of the work on ADF and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Warehouse Development:
2. Design and implement scalable and efficient data warehouse solutions.
3. Develop complex SQL Server-based solutions, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
4. Optimize SQL Server databases, develop T-SQL scripts, and improve query performance.
5. ETL Development and Maintenance:
6. Build and optimize ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration from multiple sources.
7. Ensure high-performance data pipelines for large-scale data processing.
8. Integrate and automate data processes using Azure Functions to extend ETL capabilities.
9. Cloud Integration:
10. Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and Synapse Analytics.
11. Support hybrid data integration scenarios combining on-premises and Azure services.
12. Data Governance and Quality:
13. Establish and maintain robust data quality frameworks and governance standards.
14. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and security of data across all platforms.
15. Leadership and Collaboration:
16. Lead a BI and data professionals team, providing mentorship and technical direction.
17. Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
18. Define project goals, timelines, and resources for successful execution.
19. Should be flexible to support multiple IT platforms
20. Managing day-to-day activities – Jira request, SQL execution, access request, resolving alerts, and updating Tickets
