Purpose of the Job:

Grant Management: Should have a strong ability to manage grant reporting, grant compliance, and monthly vouchering independently

Key Requirements:

1. Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statement
2. Month-end closure of reports (independent role)
3. Should be able to do variance analysis and accounting projections
4. NFP Budgeting
5. NFP Audit – should be able to prepare for the audit independently, including assessing risk, overseeing staff, etc.
