Position: Payroll Specialist
Location: Gurugram


  1. Prior working knowledge of US payroll process/systems.
  2. Should be able to multitask, as well as set priorities and meet deadlines.
  3. The accurate and timely completion of all Administrative Payroll Processes for client.
  4. Preparation and completion of payroll process for assigned Pay Group.This includes the creation & verification of new hire, and entry of termination, and change information.
  5. Review of the Pay Hours file transfer from the restaurants, and resolution of exceptions.
  6. Payroll processing on time for Weekly, Bi-weekly and Semi- Monthly pay periods.
  7. Vacation hours calculation as per leave policy.
  8. To maintain compliance with existing tax laws, reducing the possibility for financial penalty.
