Position: Payroll Specialist
- Prior working knowledge of US payroll process/systems.
- Should be able to multitask, as well as set priorities and meet deadlines.
- The accurate and timely completion of all Administrative Payroll Processes for client.
- Preparation and completion of payroll process for assigned Pay Group.This includes the creation & verification of new hire, and entry of termination, and change information.
- Review of the Pay Hours file transfer from the restaurants, and resolution of exceptions.
- Payroll processing on time for Weekly, Bi-weekly and Semi- Monthly pay periods.
- Vacation hours calculation as per leave policy.
- To maintain compliance with existing tax laws, reducing the possibility for financial penalty.
