Position: Project Manager
Location: Remote/Virtual

Purpose of the Job:

Full project life cycle ownership: Successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program aligns with and directly supports achieving strategic objectives.
  2. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  3. Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
  4. Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
  5. Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings.
  6. Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
  7. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
  8. Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  9. Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
  10. Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
  11. Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract.
  12. Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services.
