Purpose of the Job:
Design and implement Zscaler solutions to meet the organization’s security and networking requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize Zscaler policies, rules, and settings to enhance security and performance.
- Collaborate with network, security, and IT teams to integrate Zscaler solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze Zscaler logs, alerts, and reports to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zscaler-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest Zscaler features, capabilities, and best practices to improve our Zscaler deployment continuously.
- Conduct periodic assessments and audits of the Zscaler environment to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Zscaler technologies, providing guidance and training to junior team members.
