Purpose of the Job:

Looking for someone from the Finance and Accounting domain to support RFI/RFP management, building F&A solutions, and Pricing models.

Key Requirements:

1. Should be from the F&A domain with 12 to 18 years of overall F&A experience and at least 7-10 years of F&A Presales and Solutioning experience.
2. Should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
3. Ability to support RFI/RFP management, building F&A solutions and Pricing models.
4. Solution Identification & Solution design (Existing processes & Non-Existing processes)
5. Build pricing models with presumptive scenarios.
6. Understand Transformation requirements and incorporate them in Solution design.
7. Define & Design change management governance models
8. Ability to foresee critical risks at Solution & Transition stage
9. Understanding of contractual documents such as NDA, MSA, SOW, LOE, etc., and ability to draft the documents in consultation with Legal, Risk & Compliance, IT Infra, Operations, Finance, and other teams
