Our visionary CEO is a Chartered Accountant and BPO veteran with over 30 years of extensive experience in scaling up businesses around the world. Prior to being our path leader, CM was running a boutique financial and business advisory firm, and advising private equity firms on the business improvement and growth of their portfolio companies around the globe. Previously, CM was the Global CFO of Aegis for 11 plus years responsible for strategy, mergers and acquisitions, finance and account, tax, legal, secretarial and compliances. CM spearheaded the company’s spectacular growth story interwoven with organic and inorganic wins. From less than $70 million revenues in 2005, Aegis became a successful US$ 1 billion company with about 55,000 people across 13 countries in about six years.

CM was also instrumental in completing more than 15 successful acquisitions in a short span of 5 years. With solid experience in scaling up businesses, turning around companies, increasing margins and re-engineering costs, he has been the recipient of several prestigious awards. Some of them include – CFO of the Year for excellence in Merger and Acquisition by IMA India, CFO of the Year and CA Global Business Achiever by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A strong leader and thoughtful mentor, he believes in self-motivation and articulate perspectives.

David Ford

David leads the global HR department for us and is responsible for the strategy and integration of all HR related activities for this division. With over 30 years of expansive experience, he is a sure bet of skill in every aspect of HR. He is actively involved in positioning the human resources department as a strategic and creative business partner for the entire organization so as to enhance the overall performance of the company. He previously worked as the Sales and Human Resources Manager at national recruitment firms, namely, Dunhill Systems and Aerotek. A people champion, he addresses the business with a holistic and comprehensive approach.

Himanshu Dhabalia

A seasoned IT delivery professional with over 27 years of extensive experience, Himanshu helps us realize business value and growth via technology. His proficiency in delivery and program/project management, IT infrastructure management, digital transformation, analytics, automation, AI/ML, driving technology alignment with business objectives has and continues to lead to comprehensive organizational growth. He has over 12 years of global experience across US, Philippines, Australia, South Africa, Malaysia, Argentina, Sri Lanka, UAE, Qatar, KSA, Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana. With a keen focus, he is well accomplished in the areas of IT strategy and tech support, and helps deliver powerful IT solutions both internally for QBSS as well as for our clients.

Dilowe Barker

Dilowe Barker is a seasoned business and sales veteran with extensive experience partnering with Channel and SMB to Enterprise clients. With advanced analytical skills, he is responsible for business strategy, business development and overall product for technical service offerings. He has consistently developed and scaled new innovations for digital transformation and market growth. He also has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new and innovative products and services. Previously, Dilowe led multiple start-ups to 5 and 10 year successes.

Eric Thornberg

With over 25 years of progressive experience across BPO, marketing services, and digital transformation within the travel, auto, technology, healthcare, e-commerce/retail industries, Eric strives to achieve revenue goals while creating a culture of sales success. He was the Founder and CEO of E Squared, Inc – a direct/digital marketing agency for BMW, ATandT, Jaguar-Land Rover, Cedars-Sinai and others. He also has 10+ years experience leading global teams at TTEC and TELUS International delivering omni-channel customer experience and RPA, globally. He has led transformational experiences with such clients as Dyson and Berkshire Hathaway, overseeing the launch of new Lines of Business in North America, Latin America, European Union, and Asia Pacific.

Yogesh Kothari

A Chartered Accountant and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Yogesh comes with 20+ years of experience in the nuances of accounting – financial process and business analytics, process transition and stabilization. He has diverse experience across all facets of finance covering accounting, strategic planning, financial analysis and reporting, cost management and pricing, audits and internal controls. He also has a rich experience in setting up the shared service center and managing transitioning of processes from various geographies to our shared services center. Accurate and with a great attention to detail, he previously worked with Citi Bank N.A in Treasury back office.

Manoj Pandey

With an overall professional experience of 34 years and with 18 years of it in the IT/ITES domain, Manoj is a treasure trove of proven expertise. He has worked with leaders such as Wipro and Mphasis (an HP company), managing diverse teams and processes. He plays a pivotal role in the company with key strengths spanning across business process outsourcing, transitions, process and SLA management, maximizing performance, productivity and quality, client retention and relationship, business process improvement, financial management (strengthening bottom-lines). He has a natural talent to understand the nuances of technologies while also driving the best out of the people he works with.

Amulya Bhushan

A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP), Amulya leads the F&A and HRO service delivery teams for us. With 20+ years of overall experience in the BPO industry across Finance and Accounting, HRO, Healthcare, Insurance, Technical Support and Customer Service domains, he is skilled in facilitating new process design focusing on target operating model and shared services centers to realize better productivity and efficiency. Possessing strong expertise in business transformation, business process re-engineering, and service delivery management, he is a multi-faceted player. He also has strong experience in leading various security and compliance certification audits such as ISO 27001, COPC, SSAE18 and HIPAA. A professional adept at transforming business processes and systems, his previous stints were with Hewitt Associates, ACS (A Xerox Company), IBM, and Wipro BPS.

Kristen Flasch

A strategic thinker and dynamic communicator with a process mind-set, Kristen has over 20 years of experience in impacting effectiveness. She is responsible for supporting the organization from demand generation and lead generation through the entire sales lifecycle. Having been with us for over 16 years she has also donned many hats during her tenure here including Business Analyst, IT Application Specialist and Project Manager, Corporate Project Manager and Head of US Operations. She previously worked at Accenture where she specialized in process workflow and documentation and insurance risk management profiles. Flexible yet firm, she is a team motivator and self-starter. Her most recent external accomplishment is the attainment of a certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from Kellogg Executive Education.

Cynthia Gomez

A strategic leader, she has over 20 years of experience in financial roles ranging from traditional finance and accounting to implementing SME on ERP and PMO implementations. She began her career on process re-engineering and system standardization project and now her cumulative experience spans multiple industries: Automotive, Hospitality, Retail, Distribution, BPO, Banking, Technology and Telecom. Customer focused and a strong communicator, she has the ability to clearly visualize, plan and execute an organization’s vision through all levels of functional areas.
