Human Resources Generalist

Purpose of the Job:

The Human Resources Generalist works directly with clients and the human resources department to assist day-to-day human resource needs, including records management, database management, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and human resource functions. The successful candidate for this position will report directly to a Quatrro’ CHRO.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Oversight:
  1. Oversee all human resources records management efforts and ensure records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
  2. Create & maintain paper/electronic employee personnel files including but not limited to:
  3. New Hire Paperwork
  4. Personnel Status Change Forms
  5. Benefits Enrollment Forms
  6. I-9 Forms
  7. Coordinate the distribution of required human resources documents.
  8. Archive appropriate files.
  9. Assist with talent acquisition process including recruitment and onboarding, including the application process, job postings, reference, and background checks, distribution of resumes received, etc.
  10. Assist with pre-hire documentation and testing.
  11. Assist with offboarding.
  12. Update Payroll and Benefits systems as needed.
  13. Complete miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested.
  14. Process requests.
  15. Assist with implementation of HRIS.
  16. Assist with annual Open Enrollment process including data entry, distribution of materials, and presentations.
  17. Assist the Human Resources Department in performing a wide variety of clerical duties, system organization, and process design.
  18. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Assistant Vice President/Client Chief Financial Officer

Purpose of the Job:

The Nonprofit Assistant Vice President/Client Chief Financial Officer works directly with clients to maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance through testing and training, and working directly with top management to create budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Oversight:
  1. Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
  2. Oversee and manage federal, state, city, local, and private grant compliance
  3. Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
  4. Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors
  5. Maximize return, and limit risk, on cash by minimizing bank balances; making investments.
  6. Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans
  7. Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
  8. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions.
  9. Maintain financial staff results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning and monitoring job results.
  10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  11. Work directly with the board of directors and top management in all financial matters

Knowledge and Skills:

Required

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business with accounting/finance focus (or equivalent knowledge/experience). Must have experience with nonprofits, specifically Health and Human Service Organizations with federal, state, and city grant compliance. 10+ years of accounting experience and ability to travel to client sites in the City of Chicago.

Preferred

Master’s Degree, CPA, experience with accounting software, understanding of a computer network environment. Previous management experience.

Desirable

Business acumen and ability to communicate with individual owners, ownership groups. Accounting experience within the Not For Profit Industry. Experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment. Ability to partner with customers and help organically grow the business.

Purpose of the Job:

Servicing the accounting needs of the client including but not limited to: financial statements, bank reconciliation, payroll integration, accounts payable, and other Quatrro services. Serves as the brand ambassador of Quatrro and help initiate, maintain and develop the relationship as the primary contact and internal liaison for the client within Quatrro. Sets a clear vision for the development of the relationship by establishing and executing a client relationship strategy that allows the client to achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Oversight:
  1. Serves as primary contact for our Retail clients. Delivers scheduled financial statements, providing coaching and counseling to business owners and operations managers in order to help improve margins and impact their bottom line. Discuss monthly financial statements, plans, and schedules as applicable with the client.
  2. Builds and maintains relationships by speaking with clients and key stakeholders and providing them world-class customer service.
  3. Identifies, engages, and delivers the right resources and solutions for all Quatrro services provided to the client.
  4. Works closely with clients to solve issues related to complicated financial statement situations. Monitors finances to aid clients functioning within those guidelines and provides financial analysis and advice to clients.
  5. Provides best practices by leveraging different functions within Quatrro to help the client improve their business execution. Coordinates as needed with other internal Quatrro teams for consultative support on all services such as financial statements, bank reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable.
  6. Leverages the established relationship with the client to obtain all necessary documentation in a timely manner in order to meet the contractual delivery timeline for all services.
  7. Responsible for all Quatrro activities for each client from financial statements to billing and collection.
  8. Execute negotiated contract terms and scope to ensure financial profitability for existing client(s) portfolio.
  9. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the cross-functional teams aligned to a particular client delivery process.
  10. Maintains a reference-able client base by delivering exceptional service according to guidelines outlined in the contract.
  11. Deals with client concerns and issues to ensure they are attended to in a timely manner and dealt with according to client satisfaction. Escalates any issues as needed to the management team quickly to ensure client satisfaction.
  12. Completes a monthly performance scorecard and meets with management each month to review the scorecard outlining any follow-up actions with timelines for areas requiring attention.
  13. Utilize all appropriate technology for communicating, documenting, and following up with both internal and external relationships to accomplish all aspects of the job.
  14. Identifies SARG (Same Account Revenue Growth) opportunities for each client as well as the strategic approach and detailed plan for selling these services.
  15. Alerts management to any client changes that will positively or negatively impact revenue (i.e., new store additions, new client venture, client selling, store closing, etc).
  16. Build and maintain relationships by gaining insights into the client business to become a trusted advisor which lays the groundwork to sell additional Quatrro products and services to the client.

Knowledge and Skills:

4-year degree in accounting, finance, or business with accounting/finance focus (or equivalent knowledge/experience). Ability to manage priorities and functions, good human relations and communication skills, good data entry skills, and an understanding of and experience with personal computers, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel software. 5+ years of specific industry experience. 7+ years of accounting experience including financial statement analytics and presentation to executives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Responsible to provide Frontline Helpdesk support to B2B clients.
  2. Supporting incoming requests via email, ticketing system & IM’s.
  3. Working Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Reader etc. with strong in documentation, analytical & problem-solving skills.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Responsible to provide Technical Helpdesk support to B2B clients.
  2. Answering incoming support requests, inquiries via telephone, email, ticketing system & IM’s.
  3. Address Daily account management tasks (Account creation/Deletion, password resets etc.).
  4. Daily mailbox related tasks etc (Mailbox creation, mail forwarding, Queue management etc.).
  5. Using Network Monitoring System, identifying critical alerts and taking relevant actions to resolve the issues.
  6. Shall be working in a fast pace 24*7 environment.
  7. Excellent Knowledge of troubleshooting Operating systems like, Win XP / Vista / 7.
  8. Good knowledge of applications like MS Office, Adobe Reader, share point etc with basic Knowledge of TCP/IP remote Network Connectivity.
